    AZUREwards is a web-based online booking membership programme created and managed by Shangri-La Hotel Management Limited.


    AZUREwards is designed to recognize and reward online bookers who make rooms reservations at any participating hotels.


    The AZUREwards membership comes with a unique Member's Booker Account ID to be used when making reservations. Members are credited reward points in AZUREwards when the room reservations made to the hotel at corporate, public or long stay rates with the Member's Booker Account ID have materialised. Accumulated reward points can be used to redeem attractive rewards online in AZUREwards.

    Any individual or company (excluding travel agents and associations) that requires hotel accommodation at any participating hotels and makes room reservations, including authorised individuals of companies with contracted rates with any participating hotels are eligible to be a member of the AZUREwards membership programme. Membership to AZUREwards is at the discretion of the hotel and shall be qualified on an annual basis.


    Employees of the hotel, the participting hotels, travel agencies, property agents and governments are not eligible to sign-up or participate in AZUREwards.

    There are two types of membership:


    Individual Membership:
    One or several individuals from a company with contracted that makes room reservations and redeem rewards from accumulated points in the member's booker account.


    Corporate Membership: One or several individuals from a company with contracted that make room reservations, however the points are credited to the company and only one authorised individual is allowed to redeem rewards on behalf of the company.

    Members can redeem a myriad of attractive rewards online at AZUREwards with the accumulated reward points. Members can also enjoy additional benefits and promotions found in AZUREwards.

    Simply login onto www.AZUREwards.com and click onto APPLY TO JOIN.

    AZUREwards membership is absolutely FREE. Membership is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

    Renewal of membership is at the discretion of respective participating hotels and is qualified on an annual basis.

    Points are credited for materialised individual reservations for all participating hotels, excluding local promotional rates, commissionable stays, complimentary stays, barter and reservations paid by wholesale or travel agents.


    Room Reservations
    Make your room reservations using corporate rate, public rate or long stay rate at www.AZUREwards.com or www.shangri-la.com. Each company will be provided a unique corporate rate ID. Contact your sales manager if you have not received your Corporate Rate ID link. Input your Booker Account ID in the “Optional Requests -> Special Requests” field box before completing the reservation, so that reward points can be credited accurately.


    Points will be credited to your account once your room reservation has been materialised.


    Corresponding AZUREwards points are given as follows:

    Room Revenue Points
    For room reservations at Shangri-La Jeddah.
    • Every SAR 100.00 room revenue (room only)
    • Applicable for early arrival, late check out, cancellation, no-show and extra bed charges
    • Exclusive of service charge, tax, breakfast and any other package elements

    For events and F&B group reservations ( 8 persons and above ) at Shangri-La Jeddah
    • Every SAR 200.00 events revenue (including food and beverage, venue rental, excluding miscellaneous)

    Simply login onto www.AZUREwards.com with the Member's Booker Account ID and password to access the accumulated reward points in the point summary section. Rewards points are credited upon guest check-out and accommodation paid in full. Update of points are done on Friday of every week, except on public holidays.

    Reward points have an expiry date, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reward points expire based on the following criteria:


    Period when membership is approved Cut-off Expiry Date for Reward Points Accumulation Expiry of Points
    Between 1 January to 31 December 31 December 31 March the following year

    Unredeemed points will automatically expire without further notice to the member as indicted on the above dates.

    Reward item's in the rewards gallery can be redeemed when sufficient reward points have been accumulated as indicated in the member's point summary.

    Individual Redemption Corporate Redemption
    Please login onto www.AZUREwards.com with the Member's Booker Account ID and password to check the status of the point summary and process all redemptions online. Upon receipt of the redemption form or notification via the website and subject to eligibility, reward vouchers specifying the reward or reward items as selected by the member will be issued to the member within seven to fourteen (7-14) working days. Please contact the sales manager to consolidate and process the group point summary and identify reward item's for redemption.
    • Points redeemed will be deducted automatically from a member's booker account once the points have been redeemed.
    • Redeemed rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    The participating hotel will suggest a replacement item of similar value in the rewards gallery. Members may choose to continue with the redemption of the new item or the redemption may be cancelled and reward points will not be deducted.

    Please login onto www.AZUREwards.com with the Member's Booker Account ID and password to update the member's profile.

    Please fill out the missing point claim form via the AZUREwards website, not later than (6) six months after the guestroom check out date. Beyond (6) six months from the guestroom check out date, missing points may no longer be claimed.
